Board Development

The audit reviews the past development or organizational objectives, successes and failures of the nonprofit. ALPS Foundation Services interviews 15-20 key stakeholders in the nonprofit's past, present or future about a set of specific topics chosen by the board of directors. Based on the history of the organization, and on an analysis of the interview responses, we provide a set of comprehensive recommendations to move the organization forward.
Staffing

For nonprofits without full-time staff, ALPS Foundation Services can field all public requests for information, and those inquiries will be handled in a timely manner.
